We were thrilled to join our colleagues at City of Liverpool Conservatives in welcoming Philip Davies MP to a very successful event in Wavertree.
It was wonderful to once again be able meet up with our fellow members, past and present, to discuss, debate and share a hot supper for the first time since the pandemic.
Philip certainly didn’t disappoint and he gave an excellent address and answered many questions from the floor, while speaking with everybody in attendance.
It was a great opportunity to hear from one of our most traditional Conservative representatives on matters from climate change to Brexit, Covid recovery and education.
We were honoured that our new NW Dept. Chairman, Rosie Redstone was also able to join us and meet our members.
The obligatory Conservative raffle was a fantastic success, with our own Cllr. Denise Dutton thrilled to finally be taking home one of City of Liverpool’s famous Caldeira Union Flag cushions!
We look forward to more social events and sharing time together again in the future.
